A State Farm agent since 2021, Damon's office serves Indiana. He operates under the philosophy that he insures his customers so that they are covered on their worst day. If an agent only offered coverage on the good days, there would be no need for insurance.

A graduate with a Business Administration degree from the University of Saint Francis, Damon holds licenses in P&C, Life, and Health. His inspiration for becoming an insurance agent grew from the desire to help his community. Besides helping customers by insuring their possessions and economic future, he also uses his business as a way to sponsor local sports and events.

His desire to help his community includes an invitation to help anyone who needs it even if that person is not a customer of his office. He also helps his community in other ways. He voluntarily coaches the Norwell boys tennis team and is the head coach for the Norwell Middle School team. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking with his family and helping on the family farm. His favorite sports are golf, softball, and tennis.
